Family Fit

A brand new app for parents and children to increase physical activity at home in a fun, engaging way. We use half termly exercise programs,  innovative individual workouts and bespoke consultations to help families meet their activity goals.

Resources, games, activities and workouts to help increase daily physical activity in schools. Our games develop physical, social and cognitive skills in the same activity and aim to enhance the physical literacy of all stakeholders

Data may be stored through Wix’s secure databases and servers. Payment processing follows PCI-DSS security standards. We do not store full credit card details ourselves. About Us

Our programs and workouts have been developed by Owen Denovan. A former primary school teacher with vast experience working with children and families, Owen has spent over 10 years working as a Primary PE specialist and has worked in schools across the country developing PE, Physical Activity and School Sport.

As a fully qualified Personal Trainer Owen has also created programs for individual clients for over a year and has worked with families to develop a love of lifelong activity.
