Our Services
We offer schools 3 levels of service. Family Fit, School Fit and a combined service
Classroom Workouts
Short form workouts that can be done on chairs or stood behind chairs. Workouts can be used from Year 1 upwards and can be tailored to suit the needs of your class.
Playground Workouts
High intensity activity which can be done in a larger space with a larger number of children or in small groups. These workouts will aid in the development of physical health as well as social and mental health.
Active Engagers
Engaging activities that can be used to begin a lesson or as a way of re-energising learners to enhance the classroom experience for young people
Mini Fit After School Club
Planning and resources for schools to offer their own fitness style club which can be opened up to children and or parents.
